What is your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Get in touch to return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Custom order items such as wedding invitations or stationery are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be unused and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

How do I return an item? 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
